Meet Nikki Valentine
My survival self was a workaholic & a people pleaser. For years, I checked the boxes of success, yet I wasn’t happy.
I stacked up degrees, built a thriving career & businesses, even got the ring I thought would fulfill me. It didn’t.
I looked confident & successful, but I didn’t feel or believe it. It was a false identity.
I worked in fashion, tech and wellness with companies like IMG for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Amex, Pepsi, Spotify. While working in corporate leadership full time, I built two businesses by 30 in the era before social media took off. That meant doing everything myself. Website, systems, contracts, even taking the bus to meetings (clients never knew lol).
While my work was impactful, the hustle left me burned out and disconnected from what I really wanted…..
Ease. Deep Connection. Receiving effortlessly instead of forcing outcomes. Allowing myself to shine, not sabotaging my desires or my true nature.
Turning my wounds into wisdom, my sorrows into superpowers, I began to embody an identity not built on survival.
This work is personal to me. I have done it myself. My clients are an extension of my purpose, which is to guide others through this process with precision and ease.
My Identity Alchemy Process
My journey looked like the path millions of women take - therapy, healing work, reading books & saving screenshots to motivate you change. It helped me learn, but I still felt stuck. Disconnected. Fighting chronic illness, anxiety, depression + imposter syndrome.
Here’s what moved the needle - identifying + leaving behind the version of me that needed “fixing” in the first place. My survival self.
I needed to walk in my self worth. Set boundaries without guilt. Create devotion to my wellness routines. Turn on my receptors for support. Allow myself to be visible. Magnetize instead of hustle.
I mapped out what the most refined, magnetic version of me would look like. Her habits, lifestyle, mindset. To support this new identity, I did consistent activities to support my nervous system and subconscious mind. It meant walking slower, working out slower, getting in touch with my body, stabilizing my reaction time. That supercharged me.
Identity work has opened a new way of life. I left Manhattan for quiet living on the Hudson River. I allowed more abundance into my life than ever, letting family / friends / partners support me without guilt. I fell in love with fitness and my body again. My illnesses subsided. My socials exploded to 11M+ views without burnout. I manifested leadership roles that supported my business, working from home in a blissful work-life balance. I made new friends, and even stepped ‘outside’ to date. It feels amazing!
None of this could’ve happened, if I clung to that survival self. I had to refine it. When I did? Everything changed.
